User Guidelines

In general, Hope Chapel members join our website community to help themselves connect with others in our church community and help our church better serve Jesus. To ensure that people will not be worried that involvement in the website will result in commercial requests or harrassment, we have set up the following website usage rules and ask that all users respect them while using our site:

• 1) Users are personally responsible for establishing viewing rights for all other people with account access to our website. Hope originally sets up accounts with all details "unlisted" to other users, except Hope Staff, and users must change items to be more public, at their discretion.
• 2) Postings to Discussions and Articles and personal correspondence must reflect Jesus's love at all times.
• 3) Website info must only be used for church/ministry purposes (not business/personal uses).
• 4) Web-site postings must be restricted to non-business activities, except where explicitly encouraged.
• 5) Users who violate above rules may have their accounts deleted, at the sole discretion of Hope Chapel staff.

Finally, users should understand that Hope Chapel employees will generally have access to all non-financial information placed in database, but they, too, will restrict their use according to above rules. Any user who is contacted in violation of above rules is encouraged to notify Hope Chapel of violations so we can correct situation as soon as possible.
